Where it all began.

After working nearly two decades in the wine industry, administering various Direct-To-Consumer operations, I noticed that a bounty of wineries struggle to manage appropriate staffing for their DTC sales channel.  Larger wineries face immense strain when their Guru goes on medical leave, often unable to find a qualified seasonal hire; Smaller wineries are overwhelmed by day-to-day challenges, but are hard pressed to find an experienced professional that is willing to solely work part-time without benefits.  Not to mention, the dilemma of how much time, legal paperwork, and monetary expenses the hiring and firing process can bring upon a winery's doorstep.  Simply put, it became clear that there is a strong need for a contracted professional to assist wineries with their Direct-To-Consumer operations. 

DTC Remedy was born.
